PIHL providers are available during extended hours to individuals experiencing unexpected illnesses. Visits are conveniently scheduled and conducted in the comfort of your home. 

Please note, select medication refill request will be subjected to baseline/follow-up labs. 

Laboratory testing is key to routine screenings/preventative care. In other cases, select test may be ordered based on clinical assessment and/or health history. 

     Disease management is a component of routine follow-ups and consist of empowering patients with knowledge essential preserving their health.   

Referral services are available to patients insured with either of our participating payers. Some restrictions may apply based on insurance plan.
